MINEWIDE AND COMMUNITY NOTICES GUIDING PRINCIPLES

MINEWIDE NOTICES
–   These are business related notices/communiqué targeting all Namdeb employees.
–   After sharing this information with team members, such notices should be placed on the notice boards for 2 weeks to afford those who might have missed such brief an opportunity to receive the information.
–   Questions and comments which can be CANNOT answer/provided during such briefing session, should be routed back to the Communications section so that an appropriate response can be found. Mail such questions /feedback to NDB-Minewide or Francis.milomo@namdeb.com or call 239220. COMMUNITY NOTICES
–   It should be understood that this free service is community service which Namdeb provides as a key community stakeholder.
–   Through Community Notices, we share business related information with the wider community or notices from the community which we would like our employees to know.
–   Such notices should be community based and it should be noted that NO profit generating notices such "adverts or for sale" for individual institutions will be sent out.

DEADLINES

MINEWIDE NOTICES
–   Company notices will be sent out twice a day at 09h00 and 14h30 Mondays to Fridays (Does this mean that you only leave for engagements after 09h00?)
–   Contributions should be submitted at latest 1 hour before these stipulated times.
–   An exception will be accommodated to emergency notices only and should clearly indicate URGENT as part of the subject. However, please note that this should not be an excuse for poor planning.

COMMUNITY NOTICES
–   Community Notices will be sent out on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 14h00.
–   Contributions should be submitted latest by 12h00, and no exception will be made.


Very importantly, contributions to minewide should be sent to NDB-minewide, and if it is an urgent notice emergency.
Please note that the Communications team reserves the right to edit your minewide contributions.
