Thanks for the pics,

I don't think that this is the right way to go about getting diamonds out of the surf zone....

just my 2 cents....

Don't you take diamonds out of the surf zone when you sample then?

No we drill up the gravel into bags, the geologist comes along cuts each bag open checks what kind of gravel is in it, writes it down and then we release the gravel back to the sea.

... and if there happens to be diamonds in the bag, do they also get chucked back then?
