I received the following point...

"ALSO PERPLEXED -  my interpretation is ie:
the church in eleventh avenue  sometimes asks for
an escort when they rally down the road  - a lot of staff have to be involved   ie  overtime/ petrol and unnessary/ double shifts/
b )   rallies  in eight avenue  and in front of you and your neightbour when every tom dick and harry wants to hold a placard and toy toy down the street
a lot of staff are involved/ road blocks and escorts / overtime  expenses /drivers/ waste of petrol/ diesel 
are required
c)  rallies with off road club in front of old Sodexho
again a lot of staff are involved/ cars and petrol
by the way  -  when the off road cars went passed
the hockey club  and rugby club gemsbok and their babies did not know what was going on - ran IN FRONT OF THESE SCREECHING  CARS
WITH THE ESCORT AGENCY  TRYING TO SHOO   THE ANIMALS  away  -  An observer of this scenario was so pissed off and said WHY DOES this particluar rally have to be held IN TOWN where
school children are in and out of the swimming pool/ playing soccer/ on bicycles  AND small children  with young toddlers walking the streets.
THEY DONT  read mine wide and cant even read,
so the argument that this rally was advertised
mine wide / means squat to kids. the desert is big enough and there are other areas where the community  and Mr and Mrs Gemsbok and their kids are not disturbed .  The  escort agency is also perhaps getting tired of this situation.  HENCE   THE CHARGES --"
