Karas is the Southern region of Namibia and if I am correct it covers all of Southern Namibia from Keetmans all the way to the border of South Africa

The shoutbox is currently offline, due to the fact that I tried to uninstall it and then revert back to the old one..... then the old one was'nt compatible with the new version of the forum and I ran out of time to reinstall the new shoutbox..... Oh! Whoa betide me...... I'll give it a bash 2morrow!
