Another Water Pipe Burst, Spar Under Water!

Yesterday was another torrid day with yet another water pipe deciding to burst. The aging infrastructure showing it's age..... The asbestos water pipe rupturing the tar road, once the pipe had been clamped and sealed another part of the asbestos water pipe fractured, a mere one meter further along....

Asbestos piping has a lifespan of 25 years and is perfectly healthy unless broken....Ooops!

Spar got flooded, wooden till points and shelving soaking up the water...... the tiles on the floor saturated and starting to lift, the building having seen better days...

We managed to open the Spar shortly after midday,

Heaven help this poor town in a few years when the rest of the infrastructure starts to collapse and it will.........
