OTC (Oranjemund Town Council) ~ Tariff Book 2019/2020

The Oranjemund Town Council, Has released there new Tariff Book for 2019/2020.

A number of interesting question arise from this, including wanting to charge businesses in the town a levy for plastic bags,  A decision which they made without consulting the stakeholders in the industry.

I wonder if they are aware that the Gov is currently pushing regulation for this exact thing and that they released a media briefing to this effect yesterday....
