I also used to be this tiny, thin little thing.  Haven't grown a lot taller since then...........  must say, the lengths of the pants I used to wear in those days might still be the same, but I think I would only be able to get a quarter of myself into them now (and I'm not fat)...

Mike its simple, calculate your BMI and you see where you stand.

There is 2 ways to improove that

1) Reduce the weight

2) Increase your hight

Which ever ist the easy whay i dont know.

Lucky enough my BMI ist just above 20, no use to grow any more altought i would have needed that

We are NOT too short or too tall; we are NOT too fat or too thin, we are fantastic babes and everyone wants to be us cause we are O'mund kids!!! If you say that every morning and every night, I can gaurantee it will put a grin on your face..........that and the happy pills Diana has!!!

Actually I am very happy with myself just the way I am.  I am healty, I am alive, I can hear, I can see, I can walk, I can talk, I can sing, I can dance, I can eat, I can drink, I can laugh, I can cry, I can feel the sunshine on my skin, I can look at the stars at night, I can.............  et infinitum.

I did not create myself, for if I did, I would be a freak (like them plastic dolls George jnr talks about).  No thank you.  I accept myself the way I am and make the best of what I have and I am gratefull that I am able to do just that.  I have small picksy ears and at some stage in my life I was very shy about it, but I came to the conclusion that I have to be gratefull for the ones I have, for there are people who has no ears at all.  I don't have the most beautifull legs on the earth, but I have legs and they are in good working order and carry me wherever I need to go. 

So, all the moaning is just in good humor.  I might need those happy pills though  -  would like to hand them out to all the people out there in the world who has only had unhappiness in their lives - even if it could only put a smile on one face for just one time!

Makes me think of some of the  words of the song Soridi:

We all have days that overwhelm us
and we just feel like giving in.
