Camera Club Today!

Well the camera club was quite an institution in it's day, it is no longer here and the building is now used by a church group, I have also included that corner behind the old Fruit & Veg market, where the empty coke bottles were stored in a cage and the skip was there. Not that I ever did it, but you could find expired goods or "Borrow" the empty's and exchange them for cash at the cafe.... there was also a shortcut over the wall between caseys and the Fruit and Veg market..... boys only!

The scouts used to be on the back side of the camera club. What's that look loke nowadays Michael?

I already found it last night. Very disapointing. This is the days of playstation internet ect

I think that might not be the case, there were plenty of black youngsters and a sprinkling of white kids also doing scouts when they closed down, I think it was more of a case of not being able to get an adult to run the place....
