Durban Weather today!

We're having Durban weather today, it rained last nigh, humid as hell, (not that I've been there), gray thunderclouds covering the sky.... this is beer drinking weather........ and I finish work at 13h00.... me thinks i will.....

I just suspended 5 workers for theft, thanks to Adrians hard work for the last 6 months..... It amazes me how these guys continue to steal like this, especially with work being so scarce... 2 of those workers worked for us for almost 13 years........

Seems to be a favourite pasttime of some South Africans. There seems to be a culture here that if you steal from a business or someone that has more than you, it isn't a sin.

They all will have a hearing next week, but they will all be fired, we have video evidence..... if they were wise, they would resign before the hearing....

We're actually trying to downsize the staff as it is.... moving over to contract workers , just in case the mine downscales and we have to loadshed some staff.....

ha!ha!ha!ha! on the whole accent thing and being understood; I've sent you out a book titled 'The feckin book of Irish sayings for when you go on the batter with a shower of savages', so basically if you read up this book you will understand perfectly what we say or at least what we mean when we say it................and yes I enclosed an animal bar as well...........
