Post by: Chris Macpherson on May 02, 2008, 10:37:29 PM
this insane @@@@er doing that to his own DAUGHTER. how sick and perverted can a human being be to do something like that??? as they say it takes all kinds to make the world but this is absolutley sick and disgusting!!!??

i dont even think the bastard must even go to trial, even animals dont behave like that. many people say  they are behaving like animals, animals dont do behave like that in the first place.

it happened in AUSTRIA  and again like back in 1939 we have another bloody austrian trying to prove himself as the big shot. he gives all the german people a bad name because of his views.
if i was on jury duty i would find the biggest dirtiest fishhooks and push it up his @@@@###$$^^& and make him screeeeeeeeeeeeeeeem for mercy which obviously fall on deaf, very#####ing ears. listen i think iam getting to carried away with  my feelings obout this lowlife ok!!!

I agree with you totally. Heard today that he is a repeat offender too. What p...es me off is that his wife didn't know anything. B......t, how can someone hide something like that for so may years. Hang the wife too.

What's worse is that his lawyer is trying to avoid trial pretending that the father (don't think he deserves that title) is mentally impaired and should therefore not be held responsible for his acts. Moreover, if he does go to trial, his maximum sentence would be 15 years ... that's nothing after the 25 years of suffering his daughter's gone through ... shooter

I haven't a clue what laws are like in Austria, but this is the wa it goes in Germany.
The highest detention is 15 years. If you are refered to as dangerous or mentaly ill, you will land up in a forensec psychiatry , to make sure you can't hurt anybody any more. I know I'm the "outsider" in these topics, but I enjoy the controverse discutions here. So here's my point of veiw again:
I believe, there is just as much good or bad in every one of us. To me, it's an esoteric way of trying to understand life, people what ever. As far as I#ve understood, it's also the christian way: "Jesus loves you all" is what I was taught in sunday school. So somehow, we are al alike and all loveable.
If you look at history, you'll find violance as a major part of society. Wars, opression by kings ect... Society tries to find ways of regulating life, which means find ways everybody can "live" agression without harming society. This can be by doing sports or what ever... In the end, it's only an attempt. We're all only human. So, we don't realy know how to handle everything.
To me it seems, as if the urge to be violant accumulates within some people. As if the son of a b*** is the person that lives his aggresion for us all. For us, who have learned to be "descent" citezins of society.
Just think of what war does to many people. Normal healthy young men turn into killing machines that kill just to kill for personal satifaction. Raping?? ect...
Now what makes us so angry? Are we scared the same could happen to us or our siblings? Or are we (deep down in "underconcions" hope that's english) some how " jeolous because this guy does forbiden things and we're trying so hard not to break the laws?
I don't know. All I know for sure, is that we get strong negative feelings when we hear these stories.
To me it's only revenge when you want him hurt or hanged. Feelings I'd have myself, when I'd see my family being hurt.
But again I ask you all. What's our intention? We want a safe and human society.

Hi Chris. Very few people actually know that Hitler was an Austrian. I still face the prejudice till today from the "uninformed" masses in SA. When people hear I'm from Germany, it's not very long before I get greeted with "Heil Hitler". It's just water off a duck's back.

Well, to be quite honest, I think he wouldn't even be tried. As the father, he has every right over the women in his family. Father, brother, husband ... they know better then the women so what ever they do is in the interest of the women (of course). I remember an article I read in a local newspapers several years ago. The court cassation here ruled that a man was allowed to beat his wife to keep her in the right path as long as he didn't break andy bones or leave scars (physical scars ... coz emotional scars aren't visible). The article made my blood boil.

This get's close to what I'm talking about.
Things in life are often a matter of where you stand. I'm sure we all agree, that this is no way we want to live. It's against our idea of justice.
We all come from times in which justice either worked this way or at least in a simular way. Our ancestors went out to change their attetude to what their belief was in many ways. God, justice, society... What ever. The state you/we live in is felt to be right, because it's what makes us feel secure.

Just checked the papers.
This guy planed all 6 years in advance. He bought a house and started building an L form to it putting a in a cellar which nobody noticed.
This cellar was secured with 8 doors. no wonder you couldn't hear anything and nobody could flee.
His idea was to ground a new family. While his "new family" was dwelling downstairs he started to enlarge the cellar. enlargement from 35 to 55 qm.

Based on this revelation, his lawyer is still trying to get him off on a lighter sentence, claiming "mental illness".

Absolute bullsh*t!!!  This guy knew exactly what he was doing. A mentally ill person would not be able to hide such a deed from everybody for so long.

Perhaps his lawyer should read "Hamlet". There definately was method in this guy's madness.

Mad doesn't mean you can't have a plan.
The laywer is only doing his job. Even in the Nuernberg Trial everybody had a laywer.
These guys must be taken out of society, no doubt. He even believes there are good things he did. Strange! But let's wait and see what the trial still brings up.

At least most of them.
We have a whole gremium comming togeher (not sure) about every 6 or 12 months checking the jailbirds. Doc, nurses, psychologist, probation officer etc. This gremium tries to find out how well they are developing/the therapie is working. Now I'm talking abou people that are sick and in a psychiary jail.

Yes  stop  the  bashing  here .. I  think   Georg Jnr  was  meaning  something like  a   Review  Board ..  for the criminaly insane  or  whatever .. whatever  and however  things  are  said  .. its  each  individuals  presentation  and opinion .. and  where  would  we  be without  free  exchange of  opinion ??  I observed  that  in  the  rape topic .. a lot of  bashing .. me  trying  to  present a balance .. and  where did it  all go ?/ like  I  said  matters like  this  weigh  heavy on  my  heart .. we  are all   our  surface  presentation  which is a  mirror of  where we  are in  life  ... it could  all  change tomorrow ..  when  we start  bashing   we  are no better  than the  placard  carrying  radical of  Islam ..  I have  been  in the face  of  crime  a  few times ..  hijacking ..  armed  robbery .. etc ..  It  has not  made me a  person  calling  for   blood .. instead a more  careful observant person  , observant of  my  friends and  neighbours  cos  we  all  have to  look  after each other ..  my  experience  can  help them ..  i  recall after  i walked  straight  into  the barrel  of  a  gun  during a  holdup at our work  i was looking  straight into  the  barrel of  the gun and  the  " gentleman " in  the  balaclava told me not to  move just keep still .. I  did  not  instead i said to him  f.. you  ducked and   proceeded to duck dive and roll got out of range  flew into  factory  and  announced there was an  armed holdup  .. I think under the circumstances   I did well ..  so what did this one gung ho  d....s at work  say to  me  .. well if he was in that situation  he would  ahve done  xyz in the  respect of grabbing the   armed gunman etc etc .. he had lots of opinions ..  they have  not  helped  him  in  dealing  with  his own  personal  crises  , in  fact  gung  ho  was to his  detriment in dealing  with  personal crises .. we  are no  anyone  of  us  infalilble   and  we   each  deal with   happenings in  our own  way ... so lets just leave it  at that  .. like I said  these are  serious matters .. one  of  the newspaper articles mentioned  the austrians lack of  good  neighbourliness  IOW watching  out for  your neighbours ... fear of  appearing to be prying .. etc etc .. being  to polite ??  start  of preventing  k...k like that  from happening  is to  just be  good  neighbours .. and  I  have  some news for you  all .. by  being on this  site  we are  indeeed neighbours  so  lets all look out  for and  look  after  each  other ..

@ Sandy. Aint no bashing going on here. Just the usual  :emot172: and  :culo1: between me and jnr. We both share more or less the same sense of humor.

It's actually more like reverse psychology. Jnr's command of the English language is like my command of the German language. If this forum was in German, I would probably be on the receiving end of all the witty comments. All in all it's in the spirit of good clean fun and keeping this forum entertaining.

Yes Sandy. Sometimes you open a topic to find it's gone! Then you get carried away yourself and forget what it was all about. Especialy this topic doesn't deserve to be treated that way.
So back to buiseness.
As far as I know, the SOAB is gettoing quite bloated now. he's bnot showing any form of respect toward anybody. He seems to feel he has done some good deeds. Like saying: I could've killed them all, but didn't.

Like  said ..  let  justice  take its  course  by  whichever  means ...  His  attitude  will  not  do  him  any good   in the courts ..    this  is  not  just a  random   crime  of  the  moment  . it  is  a  well  thought  out   planned  and  executed  down to  the last  T..     insane  or  not  or  however  he pleads  in  the  courts   no  judge  would  want  to see  him  free  again ....   this  is  not  a  case  of  trying  to  prove  he  did  wrong .. its  all  there  ..  the  cellar  ..  the  people  he  kept  prisoner .. its  all  there  and  theres no  good  reason    that any  lawyer  could  think up    to  justify  or  explain  away  his actions ...  and  of  course  Miss  Karma  will  also  get  him ...

Everything you do or do not is part of your Karma. Karma is not a matter of punishment.
Hence... This guy always seams to have had a bad karma. No matter which way his trial will end. Left alone in a cell with your thoughts on your own I think, is a punishment harder than it seams. That's the point somebody is confronted with his karma all on his own. There's no chance this guy will ever get out of that...

Have to disagree about all the murderers, rapists and all pervs. They do not deserve to live at all. They do not have any CONSCIENCE all they think about is when they can do it again, as 9times out of 10 they get off,or only a light sentence!! and it would NOT have to be one of mine,it would not matter who it happened to ,just don't let me get within 3feet!!   And don't give me this C.......P that they were abused as kids......  More the reason why they shouldn't cause fear and hurt to others!!!! Right I'll get down off my Soap Box.........For  now

Cheers Pam
Title: Re: austrian father
Post by: SandyB on May 08, 2008, 06:06:54 PM
Sad fact is these cycles of abuse seem to perpetuate themselves ,  for those that it happened to ... they have  something else given to  mankind  and that is choice .. they have the ability to choose .. if they choose to perpetuate well  then they have to bear the consequences of that choice  be  it  Pam  getting  within  3 feet  or the judicial system .. Again there are unique beings that  overcome all the " obstacles " of circumstance  rise above that and  try to do something to help prevent or at least rescue  those that are victims ...  If you  had to  speak to a lot of  people working at shelters for abused women or children  , you  would  find  apart  from  the normal folk with good intent and the ' do gooders " (no offence but  yes they  have  a part  to play and  a  contribution to  make  )  quite a  few  would  have  a horror  story or  two to  tell  about  their  lives .. They made  the  right choice ...  for  the  perptrators of  vioence and abuse it  does not matter  what happens  so  long  as  they  are  removed  from  the  mainstream of  society .. be  it  sitting in  a  jail cell or  whatever  , so  long  as  they  are  removed ..

Killing him especialy with pain gets you down as far as the murderer. You may be revenging something he did as a revenge. There's no difference.
It stays the same. No justice this way. Only revenge. Society gets no help that way. Check countries that ry oher ways instead of capiel punishment for a longer time. Murder, rape ect is at a lower rate. THAT'S WHAT WE WANT! I feel safe on our streets at any time of day. ANYWHERE!!
