Well I just finished swimming with my girls, lit the braaifire (again) , poured an ice cold beer, put on Xmas carols.... and then the rain started..... Not a cold rain, one of those WHK type rains, but light, ...... enjoying it....

We thought to have seeb 2 or 3 snowflakes.... But as ones says: "A swallow does not make a summer"

Hi Guys, Alec and I sitting in Napier and watching the rain pour down with gales blowing.  Anyone would think this is the middle of winter not the summer solstice!  Have a lekker Xmas to all..

What about CT ??  we  ben  having  the  most  crazy  weather .. anyhow  me  a  bit  ragged  around  the  edges  today   ..  we  have a  " tradition"   of doing  a  family  day day  dinner   ..  12  for  sit  down   ...hectic  but  worth  every minute  of  good  food  wine and  company ..  got  the  last  guests  out  at   03:00 ...   will  post pics  under  Pauline  Buchanan  topic  sometime ..   regards  to  all   .. Well, I'm still of until Friday at 16h30, when I go into lock up the shop, We had a computer problem in Spar today and a mate of mine, Mike, is the techie who has just flown into town to come and fix the problem, I in the meantime I purchased a bottle of brandy , put a case of beer in the fridge, put on the music and lit the braaifire..... 4th braaifire in a week, must be a record......
