So who's doing what? Who's spoiling who...?

I will be honest....maybe because I'm in the retail trade, but before I got married to dear Michele, I stressed the fact in all honesty.... I do not do gardening, actual gardening, I do the watering part, and I do not do Valentines day.... I watched all the other men folk rushing around today like headless chickens buying gifts, that actually had no meaning save for the fact that they are guilt driven into buying the things.........

Why be a Valentine for just one day of the year, and the rest of the time the worst monster on the planet?

No, every day your loved one should be your Valentine and you should treat them that way too.

I personally think it's one of the biggest money making rakets in the world.
Life becomes harder for us when we live for others, but it also becomes richer and happier. Friendship is a sheltering tree.

To be clever enough to get a great deal of money, one must be stupid enough to want it.

Those who bring sunshine to the lives of other cannot keep it from themselves.

I agree with you guys.........Geez if my husband needed an excuse to spoil me; then what a sad day that would be. Some-one as cute as me deserves to be spoiled every day...............

I agree, it should be "valentines day" every day.  One should be able to show the people you care not only on one special day, but every day.  People meaning your friends and loved ones, not only your partners.

HAPPY VALENTINES ALL e154
Life is given to us one day at a time.  Don't look back and grieve about the past, for it is gone.  Do not be troubled by die future, as God will provide.  Live for today and make it so beautiful that it will be worth remembering....

I had a great  valentine's day, hubby does make me feel special and spoils me throughout the year but on valentines, we do weird things like choclate body paint, private strip shows etc.  Husband spoilt me with perfume and the cutest tiniest teddy. I gave him choclate body paint and all the extra's. I love celebrating all these special ocassions, even if I don't believe in them. We make a fuss of Xmas, Easter, birthdays etc.
