Museum Needs Help!

I just received the following email from Annette, who runs the Jasper House Heritage centre here in Omund.( link: http://www.oranjemundonline.com/Jasper.html ). She needs a bit of info,material for the OPS segement of the Museum, if you can help, then contact her.Details on the link. I include her email:

Ek is gevra om die voorportaal van OPS iets mee te doen.  Ek het dit goed gedink om by die begin te begin, wanneer het die skool ontstaan, wie was die eerstes, hoeveel kinders ens ens ens. 


Sal dit moontlik wees om op jou website te vra vir enige inligting en fotos en stories en klere en aandenkings wat enige iemand daar buite het, asseblief met ons te deel?


Ek wil probeer om dit 'n "inter-aktiewe" muur te maak.  Byvoorbeeld 'n ou leer skooltas vas te sit teen die muur, boeke wat geblaai kan word, foto albums wat gekyk kan word.  Die idees is eindeloos, maar ek het "Props" nodig, en net die oudste ou Oranjemunders kan dit vir ons voorsien.
Ek sal enige hulp so baie waardeer.

Ons beplan om dit die eerste helfte van die jaar klaar te maak, indien moontlik.

"I have been asked to do something with the foyer at OPS.  I thought it would be a good idea to start right at the beginning:  when did the school first open, who were the first kids in the school, how many were they etc etc etc.

Would it be possible to ask the people on your website for any information, photo's, stories, clothes or memorabilia that they could share with us.

I want to try and create an "inter-active" wall.  For example, an old leather schoolcase that can be attatched to the wall, books that can be paged, photo albums that can be looked at.  The ideas are endless, but I need "Props", and only the oldest of the old Oranjemunders can supply is with this.  I will appreciate any help sincerely.

We are planning to complete the project during the first half of the year, if possible.
