Sorry, where's my manners, Congrats to Georgswa, on his promotion to Admin on the site. I often run out of time to keep an eye in here, and needed a bit of help. Georgswa has kindly allowed me to abuse him and bully him into the Admins job. I'm sure he will do a good job and has plenty of Internet experience for his ripe old age.....   :emot19:

Its my "old " age that is respected thanks,

at least you "youngsters" have style and respect as i know the Oranjemund kids

now more then kids, parents, even grandparents.

It shows life goes very quick.........

As long as i can cope with that medium inernet and PC , i feel younger then ever LOL and i am proud of that

Georg, as you know I too was an electrical appie on the mine at 3 plant and Ptf... but in all honesty I would have been really scared to work under you.... very strict, old school...high standards.... I know it's the right way though....

May be strict but i hope some have learned !!!!! And i know some that made a carreer after that hell in 3 Plant.

I had the best electrical team on the mine, that was necessary to run that relative modern Equipment and we dit succeed i think. The Job is not a play ground, striving for understanding and learning was important.

I even made some appies write weekly reports of what they have done, with sketches and explanations

May be a hard school, but if they took some thing with them, the better......

Sometimes they called me all kinds of names behind my back  one of them " The Führer " that was hard LOL

OK no hard feelings from that, i left my marks on 3 Plant i am sure and was proud of it
