How Time Flies!

It might just be the drink talking, but the one thing this site has taught me.... The saying.."How Time Flies"... is so true.. as teenagers we hear this words from our seniors.... but it did'nt make any sense to us... we were young and our life's were ahead of us...... As I scan each newsletter, as you post each photo, how those words keep coming back...... Life is short.... make every second count....

(That was my alcohol induced deep moment for the day!)

Mike, bad news for you buddy, the older you get the faster it goes. If I live to 90, I am exactly halfway now, the problem is, it is like a car's petrol tank, the last half seems to go much faster than the first half, so from here-on , time really is going to fly.

A  good  glass of  wine  or whatever   else your tipple  is   does  wonders  for   deep  thinking  processes...   We are  what  we are  and  we  are  where we are   partly  as  a  result  of  the  wisdom    passed to  us by  our  elders ..   event hough  we  werent  listening  we  were   ..    the  giving  and the  listening  was  to  different degrees  for  everyone  ,  that was each ones  life  experience . Our  job is  to  try   pass  on  more than  our  elders  did   to  us ...   abstract enough ??

Sandy, not sure if its your tipple, but I had to read that twice, got it the second time round. My problem is I think too deeply too often, not good. Just accept, take life at face value, live and enjoy. Don't always try to find the deeper meaning to everything, sometimes there isn't.

There  is a  happy medium  somewhere .. one  ahs  to  think  about   life  events   or  thoughts  that  come  to  use  as  guidance  at times ... just a case  of  not  getting  to  hung  up  on it ..  like  what  I  write I  accept  ..  as  it  comes  to  me I  write  it   hence  the  having  to  read  twice ..
