How many levels was the highest you ever remember seeing being built in the shallow end.....mine was four levels then the okies on the bottom buckled!

Human Pyramids...... at the shallow end, the smallest guy was always at the top, Donovan Slow in this case.....

Maybe 3? Can't remember.
I remember the hole crew (Laubschers, Steven Brownless, Hucker and so on) diving into the baby pool. Mad! But nobody ever got hurt.

Now that you mention it Jnr, I am also surprised that nobody lost a life or became a vegetable after all the shit we used to get up to.....

Yes. You know what it was like in the dumps. Careful! My oldman tsn't supposed to know. But we all ent out there. Glass everywhere. Rusty old cars. Snakes! Scorpions! You name it, we've got it. Nothing happened. Nowadays everything has to be safe everywhere anytime. By law!!!

There were walls on either side (in the inside) of the door at the single quarters side? They no longer there? The guys from the single quarters also liked to ride the kids bikes (that were parked infront) into the pool,

Whilst swimming this morning, I noticed the plug/drain at the deep end is no longer there.... it used to be a dare to touch it... everyone said that the suction was so strong ... you would become stuck there....

oh that story was around in the 60's mike....and although i love to swim ,,,,i still have a big  fear of the in/out lets of any pool.....and will never get it untill i know exactly where they are......... swim

Come on Mike tell the gang what you did, I don`t know all the ins and outs, it was not such a bad thing,you have done worse things like spraying deo on a guys back and setting him alight
