LAND SURVEY of all properties in Oranjemund:

starting 5th March 2008

OTMCo has started with the exercise to demarcate the boundaries of all plots in Oranjemund.

This is the first step in the process to enable the registration of the erven in the Deeds Office and facilitate the issuing of title. The surveyors, Mr. Shanyengana and Mr. Dreyer and their survey teams will therefore be visiting all the properties to determine the boundaries of the erven and put some pegs, in the process they may need to trim some trees or cut some bushes. Please assist them by giving them access into the yard. We count on the co-operation of all occupants to make this exercise a success.

To see  sometimes  requires that you  first believe .

Michael Alexander

the exchange rate is 1 to 1 , the currency is pegged to the ZAR and in fact both currencies are used in Oranjemund, here in the shop we have plenty of South Africans coming over the border to shop.....
