Hey Mike, when you're next riding around town, could you take a photo of our houses  . I did take some when I sneaked into town ......, but I'd love to have recent ones. And while you're in 3rd avenue, maybe you can take a snap of the ex-neighbours (the Ruf's house) at 36 - 2rd avenue  e154

Oops, the neighbours should be 36 - 3rd avenue, and not 2nd avenue. Can't remember who lived there. If I remember well, the Wilsons used to live just behind us in 2nd avenue ebfore moving to the other side of town. Paula or Julie should be able to confirm that.

Wilsons lived behind us??? Give me a hand. I don't remember them at all. I only remember a British family live in 2nd with their "backs" to the gravel road. But i don't think they were the Wilsons. I remember them having a giant table in the kitchen that didn't belong to CDM. Quite unusual in the 70s. there were always good laughs in the family. What surprised me was their consumption of chips!!

The Wilsons, being Ben and Auriel, Julie, Jacky, Gary and Paula. I'm sure they lived just behind us (other side of the sand road). Don't know if that was also 3rd ave or 2nd, but they were at 28 or 30.

Still haven't a clue. even though i've seen the pics in "The Wilson Girls".
The gravelroad was some kind of extra road between our row of 3rd Ave. houses and the 2nd ave. ones. so actualy they and us had our "backs" to each other.

You're right Patricia we lived at 28-2, the dirt road was between your home and ours, then we moved to E28-8 ave.

Georg jnr, what no was you're house in 3rd ave? When I got married we moved into 33-3 ave from 1982 to 1986
