I agree Robert. Nando's is definately my first choice as well nowadays. I'm not really a health nut, but just try to eat healthy as far as possible. Pity about the coke though. Since I stopped drinking 2 years ago, I somehow got addicted to the stuff.

Hey Carl I reckon you changed from the one addiction to the other.... You need to lay off the coke cuz its not good for your teeth or your stomach. Do yourself and put a rusty nail in some coke and watch it over a few days and you will see what happens! I would hate to think what your stomach lining looks like!!!

Once again, same effect. Dont you guys watch Mythbusters on channel 250? It takes about 48 hours for Coke to inflict any type of serious damage on a T-Bone. I dont know about you guys, but I cant go that long without a P or three, so what's the problem?

I just saw Mike.... He'll pop around for a Whisky and fire at 13h00... I last drank whisky many moons ago.... hope it's a better alternative to Beer...... Duffman......

My heart attack happened at 12:08pm while asleep in bed! I was, honest!

@Robert - You were one of the lucky ones. So many people nowadays don't recognize the symptoms of an impending heart attack. Funny enough, chest pains are considered a dead give-away, but this is only the case at the point of no return.

As you mentioned, it starts with indigestion type symptoms, followed by a pain in the left arm. At this point many patients don't have the slightest clue of what's coming.

What irritates me is those people who q up at the hospital, and there are plenty of them, with make belief , waste of time, feel sorry for me shit.... wasting doctors time... just to find out they have indigestion..... I don't want to be that... My pains do not come with the left arm thing yet..... and anyhow when I do get the chest pains, me being a fairly big bloke and all, just administer myself a well timed smack on my chest...and viola! It's gone..... so more than likely it's just air trapped somewhere..... we have no history of heart problems in my family... and my uncle( 66) is bigger than me.... I like to think of us as the Big Highlander types..... :36_2_35:
