Eric was in my class in St. 2 along with Stean le Roux, Natasha le Roux, Vernon Shawyer ...    Sheena, you were also in our class.

Eric Bester alias "mannetjies" (son of Kallie Bester and brother of Erika and Letitia) worked in Welkom in the 1980's early 1990's as a software programmer. He left Welkom and moved to cape Town and joined Old Mutual. Last I heard he was staying in Belville.

Did check  -  sorry -  no Eric Bester on the Global address system of Old Mutual or on the Intranet service.  Maybe he is not working for Old Mutual anymore......

If I have it right he left Mutal and went and work for Computer Associates. I will make contact with a former colegues of "Mannetjies" and find out if he knows about Eric's latest roundabouts.
