It was really great to speak and view George Ruff and Bobby Smith on Skype. We had a German / English conference call with me in Cape Town, George in Germany and Bobby in England. And the common language was Afrikaans!!!!!!!!

My brother in law has Skype, but I don't know how the damn thing works, all I know is there's this bubble thing on top of the screen and his brother used it the other week to chat to his family in SA.

I also dont speak afrikaans to well, but i always said i do you a favour and speak english instead of german LOL

I was known to speak german on thursdays and afrikaans on friday, the rest english with my german accent LOL

You know vat i mean, ve haff vays and means....

But skype is a beautiful thing, had lots of fun talking free around the world.

Britain USA, Australia, SA, Nam..... The Camera can be a problem, i switch it off and talk only, saves me to smarten up and dont scare mikes kids to much LOL In fact he said i must comb my hair, cheeky bugger.
