Ok Hot choccie and mallows coming up ..   couch moved closer to  fireplace .. nice roaring fire on go ..  curl up  chat a bit  then drift off into  sweet  healing dreamland ..  we'll wake you up later ..  I went for late brekkie at greek ..  had eggs bacon tomato  toast with  fig preserve ..  read papers ,, gently supped  on some  semi sweet  white  wine  .. had a few ciggies .. watched the passing  world from the window ..  drew up memories , felt good about life  and  now back home .. sun  peeking out from the clouds , bidding  better things to come  ...  will now go  spend some quiet time in magic corner of garden ..

Hiya Bertie - just looked out the window and it looks quite breezy out but at least it is dry!

I'm just after seeing an add on the telly - slice of bread, one side toasted; the untoasted side has been topped with a slice of ham, some tomato and covered with cheese; then stuck under the grill and toasted - kinda like an open toastie AND I want one..............   somebody make me one......don't make me get up and make it myself. Ooooooh! Sandy - I'd love the hot chocolate WITH my open toastie

Rhona, I think that intruder had an effect, I couldn't post anything here for the last 5 minutes, just see your posts added.  Sandy, I think we're going to keep you busy in the kitchen.  Sounds lovely, the mustard's a great idea!
Glad to hear Rhona is here for "tending" and not "mending".
Hope Mike's ear is mending so he can hear when Michele talks to him about taking care of himself!

Ooooh! Just a tiny bit of mustard- I'm not a fan of sauces or extras and always order them on the side....but I'm a tad adventurist so go on - Damn! I'm such a mad thing going around the place.....  
Better put on extra toasties Sandy - cause looks like I have to share - but I'm not sharing the marshmallows - Sorry!

@ Tamara - sounds like it could be interesting...our couple of toasties are turning into a banquet.......maybe we should help Sandy in the kitchen - But I'm too comfy by the fire...............Ooooh1 what if we bring in all the grub on a tray and make our toasties by the open fire - kinda like 'old Ireland' cooking
