Koos is obviously keeping a low profile like Zorro, heard Zorro is leaving Namibia shortly, hopefully he will keep posting from his new abode, and keep up to date with his new life.

Any way MS is caused by a lack of immunity from dirt, so moral of the story is let your kids run around naked and eat mud, dog food etc, stops them from getting MS true story.

When I was in the hostel at Centaurus and phoned home every now and then, I would reverse the charges, being the poor hostel brak that I was. After spelling my surname to the operator a few times one day, she finally asks me: "Is dit al jou voorletters?". Sometimes you just cant win.

So much in agreement Kaye .. I get peed off seeing these adverts for Dettol on the box .. its wash your  "germ laden" floor with dettol  floor wash .. wash  your  " germ laden "  "smelly" body  with dettol ..  Its  wonder they dont  have a jingle  "  GERMS   GERMS  EVERYWHERE " its all  a guilt trip for commercial gain .. provided a person practices good basic hygeine  on oneself and in the home and  does not  over do it then one  bar genetic curveballs will be moderately to very  healthy  and have a functional immune system capable of recognising  invaders .. excess soaping with  germ killers strips the skin of its own natural  protective mantle.. As  Kids .. raised on breast milk .. played in the  dirt .. ran around barefoot .. played with our dogs  even sharing  a snack with our  best friend .. loving dog licks your face .. the worst you can get .. worms ? provided parents took action evry now and again us kids were healthy . result ?/  healthy adult .. yes we do get the odd thing like a bit of  flu .. some  years  nothing happens .. next time we hit .. anyhow getting mildly  sick is the bodies response to the invader ,, and also a sign  to step abck relax and allow the body to rest .. we all push too hard nowadays .. again a commercially driven  " illness   of  society "

Just my  2 $ worth .. BIOFUEL ..  a total crock of  shit ..   food crops  for fuel ??.. there are enough problems with pressure  on food crops and pricing and most of the food crops that would be used  are staples of the poor .. secondly the farming methods that  will have to be used to get amximum yield   are bad for the land .. furthermore  lots of  natural  land  with its own  ecosystem  would have to be used .. I remember flying over malaysia late 2006 .. there was just a fog  from natural forest being burnt to make way for   plantations of  Palm oil for biodiesel .. the consequence destruction of natural habitat ..   tons of CO 2 being pumped into the atmosphere ..  the peat  bed underneath  the natural forest being exposed and now releasing their carbon load into the atmosphere as well .. carbon negative  se voet !!!  ..  there  are still enough reserves of fossil around for  the clever scientists to now really get their buts in gear to develop the  next line of technology .. Hydrogen  is  first prize the cleanest and uses existing automotive technology  .. next is  utilisation of  waste and  resultant biomass  ( after all thats where  coal , oil , natural gas come from .. ??/  we aving an ongoing  spar with one of our big customers that wants to go biopolymer route .. compostable , guilt free  throw away your packaging .. in the first instance again its based on  food crops .. limited in aplication .. secondly we should be  in the recycle mode .. not guilt free  throwaway mindset ..  and despite misconception , most of our very useful plastic packaging  comes from the  waste stream of  refining oil and cracking coal for fuel  .. stats are  1- 2 %  total  fuel prodction results in  waste gasses  that would have been vented into the atmosphere ..  Ethylene , propylene , butene ,  hexene , pentene .. these and many others are  polymerised and turned into plastic ..  furthermore the most common plastic  polyethelene  comes from ethylene gas .. which is also liberated when most fruits ripen .. ??  obtaning such feedstock from biomass  with the correct  technology will have to become a reality .. anyhow there is  technology  to turn the now deemed " bad " plastic into  oxyphotodegradable / compostable  guilt free  revert back to carbon  ... ?? they not  even interested in that .. their thinking i so convoluted .. my mind boggles ..  for now  use whats available .. make its usage  more efficient .. and for mankinds sake  .. speed up the  development of  the newer available technology ..  Oh boy me rambling now ..  its now  10 $  worth ..
