A bot attack!

The weather is summer like, but a bit hazy, temp is mild @ 25 ° C

Today simple but good food. I make a vegy stew or call it a soup and viena saugages to go with it

Lots of different vegies are included and some rice, started with onions fried in some oil to give a nice taste and colour, easy to make and satisfying

That is a nice temp - I can't wait for summer to return, I find winter rather depressing! No matter how many vests and jerseys I put on I still can't seem to get warm! And there is Mike wandering around in shorts and a t-shirt and he is lovely and warm!

Your soup sounds tasty - you can just leave the viennas out for me, thank-you. The girls and I both enjoy soup but Mike says it is not a meal! Our favourite at the moment is butternut soup, luckily the lady who runs the daycare makes it often as she knows how much the girls enjoy it!

We in general eat to little vegies, thats why i make it once a week

I try to list the contents.
Onions, green beans, peas, carrots, legue, brokoli, coly flower, and others, dont know the names

Ass some preboiled and flushed rice.......lekker

What is legue?

I must say that I am very lucky with the girls in that they both enjoy their veggies and salad. They always call broccoli tree's and can't understand why other people don't like them!

My dad always used to make onion soup and then put a slice of toasted bread with cheese in it - just like they used to serve at the Desert Inn when we first arrived here.

There will be croutons, bread cubes fried in olive oil to go on top, nice crispy and the necessary oil for the vitamins to unfold
