Francois, DId you know Roland Knuffner? He lives (retired) two houses from my father....

Sorry,no i dont remenber Roland knuffner,he was in the catering.Iwas there at the times of the new centrale kitchen.at the openning i was head chef ,may be is still chefs from my time.Sorry i lost same english .now i have my own restaurant near Geneve,french part of switzerland, every body welcom Francois

Francois there also used to be a German guy in those kitchens.  All I remember is that he was quite a large man, his wife was equally large and worked in the Post Office.  Do you perhaps know who I am talking about?

 grab  ,hello Dunja,i dont remenber a lot of name ,but it was a german call Jurgen Matusek,but i dont see other german chef in the mess kitchen ,oh i remenber ,the catering manager was swiss german ,call herbert  ..... may be  this will help you  Francois ,good night
