   but then its bed time Ok ??  the loverly beef tomato stew I been looking  in on is ready  and must just be turned off and left to rest for the night .. ... Woolies beef  cubes .. 3 shinbones  chopped for richness .. onion , carrots ,celery  .. chopped tomato  woolies beef stock ( closest to good old OXo in taste )  mixed herbs  and  3 hours slow cook ..  food for a couple of days and for freezer .. Mmmmm !!
