Well  I'm feeling a bit better  .. had some left over curry .. a nice hot bath .. having a quiet glass of wine and lots of soda water .. the potluck lunch went of extremely well .. Bruce   and Noel have a very kid friendly garden .. anyhow i indulged in a bit of child  behaviour as well .. when i went out for smoke break  I  played on the swing ...  I will post the rest later ..

@ Diana .. I  tend to try defy the elements at times .. the sun came out mid morning so i dressed for it .. and yes was rewarded with reasonable weather ... ..   and yes i can swing , drink wine and smoke at the same time ...  the other thing  despite  my good vintage .. ( cant believe  I'm 52  on friday )  is something people pointed out  .. the oldest at the  potluck is 40 .. thats bruce the  host .. they observed my  ability to go down to cross leg position  like a scissor jack and then up  again .. to me thats just so natural  .. most could not do it  with my consumate ease even when pissed  .. ?? am i freak of nature .. ???
