Definitely if you stay in a bungalow on 3rd beach ..  strangely enough the  worst i have experienced here  is just the squalls and the bursts of rain .. our old woodstock homes have stood  up to the elements for 104 years plus . and still faring well .. yes we have had some vicious storm fallout here at times  but appears the very  bad southeaster  of summer  is our worst curse ..  our position against the mountain seems to do something to  diminish the ravaging effects of the north wind storms  ..  but yes Barb it is cold here .. got a fire burning away  just to take the chill out of the house ..

Hello there .. popping in for a while .. midweek and feeling dog tired already .. my right hand man was booked off for another week ,, was  supposed to return to work this monday ..  had a thrombosis  this weekend so rushed to hopsital and put on blood thinners  ... supposed to be fit for monday next week but now bloods still not 100 % so booked off till 12th .. that means me been holding the fort from 24th July till now and more .. I'm also getting worried  myholiday to thailand is from 8th Oct ..  we in swing for busy season .. hope to hell he Ok by then ..

We'll be holding thumbs that your righthand man will soon be back to 100% health - it is very draining when you have to do two people's work! I had a girl off work for two weeks now as she went to get married - I was so glad when the two weeks were up and she was back at work this morning!

Look at it this way - rather he has all these problems now whilst there is still a month to go before your holiday than just before you are due to leave! How long will you be in Thailand for? What a pleasure after all this cold, miserable weather!
