I took young Shadow down to the beach this morning.....Gee! tHe sand is pumping...... the wind is howling from the NW...... not a soul anywhere...then we played silly buggers, he would'nt get into the back of the bakkie...kept on jumping into the passenger seat.... so there we were....me and this stupid loving dog playing musical chairs down at the beach.... running around the car...in the one door out the other....he was way to clever for me....so I let him drive us home.....

Now I popped in for a warming Irish coffee and what do I find.....?   Nothing but a few dirty glasses and barely smoldering ash in the fireplace!  Well, s'pose it's ok to have one on my own, I was just a little late, so it's not drinking alone!!

Welll its here .. its was cloudy and threatening .. Paul working rearranging plants .. me took  opportunity to  bath Tina and walk her ... then a bit later out inot the lane .. bumped into one of our newer neighbours .. Christina .. always been kiind of quiet .. anyhow it appears she had had lunch .. and was in a good mood .. got chatting and next thing I invite her  for a glass of vino .. well her and  the two dawgs .. a border collie and a mix invade  home and  lots of good chat .. a new  friendship sealed .. anyhow me got out in time to  get some  Namchar  logs ... got a fire going . the rain is belting .. now to  construct supper ...

Yes, Sandy.  On the weather channel's 7 day forecast it looks like we're going to have a full week of rain!  Better stock up on the firewood! (Or the neighbor's gate)

Myself decided to play steakhouse-steakhouse tonight, complete with chips and fried onion rings.  Going to start now, so I can watch movie on tv at 8.  Lets me relax before hectic week!

  don't shoot the messenger!  Well, if you see the weather guy on the weather channel as the messenger, yup go ahead by all means.  Maybe they were just lazy and simply "copy-and-pasted" tomorrow's prediction for the rest of the week!  Let's hope!

I also heard a week of this weather.....oh well  no good getting upset over something you have no control over.
