Michele  I dont think theres any such thing as pics .. and me ?.. can you imagine  pics of me running around the pool  with  the jewels bouncing around .. ? Might look a bit foolish  hey .. ?

Don't worry Sandy I don't think there's any pictures either - just still pissed off with Mike - not a very considerate thing to do when you've got an unstable, pregnant, hormonal wife at home! (Especially not on your 10th wedding anniversary!)

And he has no excuse - he swims in that pool at least 3 times a week - although then it's in a sober state, in a costume, in broad daylight with his wife swimming next to him!

I'd hoped that by marrying somebody 6 years my senior we would have had the same level of maturity! Perhaps I'd better warn my girls to go for somebody much, much older! And why do you all think I'm hoping for another girl?

Older  quieter ??  then they end  up with someone in midlife crisis .. Ouch !! maybe better so just have  someone who dabbles in being the naughty child every so now and again .. at least its consistent and normally  prevents that  dreaded male midlife  where so many  are quiet for many years and then try  too late to catch their youth again ,  either  go haywire  or ditch current wife and take on the newer trophy number  ... seen  many like that .. ...

Bobby ... Mrs Balls goes with curry or  boerewors rolls ... or as a bottom layer for a grilled cheese sarmie ( south affrican version of welsh rarebit )  Aromat I dont touch the stuff .. its so loaded with MSG ... not that i'm not averse to a bit of MSG as its never killed me  and  yes i do toss a bit into my famous baby potato  dish that I am always demaded to bring to many  a do ..  .. but I avoid it on principle . seeing so many parents allowing their kids ufettered use of the stuff .. destroying their ability to actually taste food .. ...   So those ingredients dont go my boxing day dinner ..

Cheese and chutney toasted snackwhiches - simply the best! My first was at Bakoven, either the one in Stellenbosch or was there one in the Sanlam centre in Parow? I still make them to this day and although Shannon isn't keen Cameron seems to quite like them. You just have to watch the chutney as - like tomato - it gets really hot!

Ina P spices definitely much healthier alternative to Aromat/Fondor - I hate to think how many different flavours we have on the shelf at the moment, there's something for every different preparation.

Ive  seen  people who cannot eat anything without first sprinkling it with the  Aromat ...   what a loss .. spices  herbs and flavourants are meant to compliment the food , not dominate , unless  in the case of specific dishes  where a  specific flavour is meant to  be part of the whole thing ...
