Her furry little Grandaughter  Morag  and Tina ,, actually more so for Tina's benefit  she looking very round .. on reduced rations and as much excersise as possible .. me too tired / demotivated to do it tonight .. had a shitfit and tantrum of childish proportions late this avie at work . one of my  top operators  was not attentive while startting a machine  after maintenance and blew the die off ripping out wiring .. breaking expensive heating elements .. and undoing a long time of fine tuning and alignment work ... i was  shattered ,, disapointed .. and yes threw a tantrum that left me  physically and mentally drained .. normally calm in such circumstances , but this time lost the plot  maybe just becaue year end is in sight  and yes i know silly season  is dawning and that shit happens then but right now not accepting of that .. .. worse we have one of our electrical geniuses fixing the problem ... have ordered the machine not started till morning .. I will personally oversee the  final testing alignment and startup ... Uuugh !!!

Must be the prospect of a holiday that causes that feeling.  I'm also extremely run down and can barely keep my eyes open by 9pm.  Very busy time, everybody still wants to be fit in before end of year and seems like they want to use all funds they have left in their medical schemes which they saved up during the year.  There's only 3 weeks left before I take a break - will just have to push on and try and forget about holiday.
