No use to torture yourself, it will not work that way.

Suggest you go on, half the amounts of meat and beer, mor veggies, that is enough of effort on your side, i know how you feel, went through that myself...... until i said, no up to here and not more

I still enjoy all the things i am not allowed to eat, but reduced it.....feel happy with that.

Well... I never...... Relaxed with a Bar One........ just had a dip in the pool under the clear namibian Skies...... moon settling down towards the east....... life feels great...wish it would last.......
