What cheap Houses?

Whilst watching SKY news today and reading news24 property section , the experts and media are claiming that house prices have fallen in SOuth Africa and around the world by at least 20 odd % over the last 24 months..... WHERE ARE these cheap houses, if I look through online property guides, the house prices still seem expensive.....

No property is selling in Ireland at the moment or at least it is very sloooooooooooooooow - and definitely in the Emerald Isle prices are low, low, low

Ja, but let's be honest, what kind of person would really want to live in the emerald isle..... We watch Father Ted, so we know what goes on over there....

Prices in BC have fallen 20%. For a good laugh, google real estate in Chicago. You can get a VERY nice home for $500 to $1000. The price does not include the side-arm you need in the area though.... Lots of cheap property in the US but who wants to live there?? I cant believe I said that. Its the one place we visit for a few days for a real great laugh - you know sometimes life can get a bit demanding. A trip to a hick town fixes that !
Let me know when real estate starts selling in O/M Mike. My daughter may want to buy the house she was born in.

Gee John , I was hanging onto every word you mentioned to us about Las Vegas, what to do and what not to do.....

I think there is quite a list of ex Oranjemunders that wish to buy their old homes in Oranjemund........

What's it like flying planes in the snow?

Leila has Las Vegas stories. I am still a good boy. I stopped flying in the snow. Its all melted and we have floods and now you need a float plane! I have this little radio controlled helicopter now and fly inside the house where its safer.

One of the most interesting flying experiences I ever had was sitting in a plane at O'Hare in Chicago while they de-iced the plane - weird to see some dude peering into the plane from the outside while waiting to take off.

Did you see the skiet on airport where there is a guy on a ladder showing the pilot the oil dip stick thro the window?? Thats scary for you.... One of the movies I laugh about.
