ZUMA ... THE VERDICT TODAY

It  is with some   joy that I read today that  the appeal court in  Bloem  overturned judge Nicholsons  verdict  in the JZ  saga ... they  called his  judgement  among many things flawed and based n  personal  conspiracy  theory and not  based on  legal tenets ....  and the result of this  judgement also  ended up with  Thabob Mugabeki  being  " recalled "    Not that we mind that one .. he was  so  papbroek  and  ineffective anyhow  and his  demise led to  splintering and  hopefully a  great chism in the  once mighty ANC ... 
So now  we will watch with interest  what his  "honourable"  legal  team led by a man of the  surname  of  Kemp with a very bad hairdo  and a ticket to Australia  once the  shyt  hits the fan (  all money earned at the expense  of the taxpayer nogal !! ) 
What  legal shenanigans  are  this  bloated  tick  by the name of  JZ lovepants kangaman  and his team going to try next ??  I think they been to  constitutional court  before (under correction  but  just so much has  transpired )
WHATEVER HAPPENED TO HIS  STATMENT OF  " LET ME HAVE MY DAY IN COURT " ?? THE  PRICK AND HIS DISHONOURABLE  LEGAL TEAM KNOW ONLY TOO WELL  WHAT WOULD HAPPEN IF HE  REALLY  HAD  HIS DAY IN COURT ...
Fact is the NPA  are now  going  to go for him again and prosecute  /// I do hope and pray fervently that  due legal  process  takes place and he  gets his  just dues .. and  the blight  of  his presence is removed from  the political  scene ...
Sad  fact is  right next to  the  headline is the  statement by the  once mighty ANC that ' he's  still their man "  Hell man they must ahve rocks in their heads  ... this  horse  is so  tainted  .. unless  they backing on populism  which is still a  frighteneing  factor in our  immature political scenario ...
Bus them in  give them  teeshirts  a  free  chicken  a  Lot of  Ra  ra  ra  and  even go so far as having  the Malema ( sure he's one of his illegitimate  offspring  )  uttering that  COPE  is  financed bt the  british colonialists ???  a  promise of free  housing  that they going to  break down anyhow ... and boy they leave in  euphoria  and yes  vote and  get screwed  once again ... I mean the joke is the man at their  big  celebration of   thousands  of busssed in   voting fodder  said he promises a corruption  free society .. hell man  he cannot  even  grasp the meaning of the word  let alone I  think spell it ..  Honestly  whenever I see a   big  picture of his  ugly mug  in the papers I  want to drop a log on  it wipe it around a bit and  display it from a lampost ...   Uuugh !!!   sorry  just  pure frustration and yes anger that my TAX RAND  pays for his defence ....  us ordinary citizens would have to  fork out of our  back pockets  if we erred .. what makes them so different  especially if  it's a criminal charge ??
But  yes this will be  interesting . ... lets see what transpires ...

...my sentiments as well. This oxygen thief JZ and his team are simply going to pull out all the scumbag dirty tricks to delay his case until after the election and then get all the stupid comrades to fight for a 'political solution'.
JZ knows that if the arms deal is investigated and the truth comes out (read 'After the Party' by Feinberg) a lot of top ANC are going to be pulled down with him.

...correction..'After the party' by Feinstein (ex-chairman of Scopa who got so pissed off with all the intense pressure on Scopa to stop investigating the arms deal that he resigned from Scopa and the ANC and settled in UK and wrote this excellent documentary.)
Another excellent recently released book on the 'Arms Deal' is 'The Arms Deal in your pocket' by Paul Holden, a definite must read.

Just loved the cartoon  in the Mail and Guardian  today ..  remember the zapiro cartoon of  Zumas Buddies holding down the " supposedly white "  statue of  justice  while he kangaman  approaches opening his  so easily opened zipper  debacle ??  well the cartoon on the  front page is  our dear statue of justice  walking away  while  JZ kangaman bloated  tick  blight on face of society is  holding his crotch ater being  kicked in his  jewells  by  Ms justice ...   lets hope  it all pans out in  her  favour ..   may the wheel of fate  and justice spin  very  fast for his  turn in the courts ..
