The time to buy was 2003/2004. Prices have skyrocketed since then, altho' there has been some correction in prices over the last 6 months. Anyway, land seems to be an excellent investment. Better than Banks anyway.

Napier .. lovely place ... pass through there on " pilgramages"  to  Aghullas ... love the feel of staying  on the  southernmost tip  and the supposed division line between the atlantic and indian oceans .. use the spot  to ground and  look  at past present and future ...
To see  sometimes  requires that you  first believe .

Gert and Ans retired to Yzerfontein on the west coast. I have been to the town looking for them but was unable to trace them....telephonebook, shop owners etc....
