As a few of you might have read, there is an ongoing project being run on the mine in one of the old dams to try and breed various marine food sources.... I know there is a chap up here called Philip who is from the University of Stellenbosch who is doing the research.... I also heard that the resulting fish should be available soon..... Does anyone else have anymore info on this project?

Magic hope they are going to make the samples available so we can try them out. Am available for recipes and to do demonstrations and tasters in the spar if anybody wants. Hopefully there will be scallops. oysters, mussles, perlemoen, cob, etc. lots of dishes to make withall of that.
