The mind boggles how back in the day the various clubs had to book their functions at the rec club in advance as not to clash with each other.... you could get three clubs hosting three different functions, well attended on the same night, on a Friday and A Saturday..... Now, these days.... nothing, next to nothing.... nobody organising nothing....no people to invite..... the times are a changing.....
