TOO TRUE // TOO TRUE .. AVOID THE RUMOUR MILL AS  ENTICING  AS IT IS ...  MY BOSSLADY AMAZED AT HOW DISCONNECTED FROM IT I AM  IN TOTO .. IN ONE OF OUR RECENT PRIVATE GET TOGETHERS .. SHE ASKED ME IF I ACTUALLY WORK THERE ??? ... MY ANSWER WAS I HAVE A JOB TO DO AND MY PERSONAL AND MENTAL HEALTH TO TAKE CARE OF  .. AND FOCUS ON THAT, COS OTHER PEOPLES ISSUES AND MENTAL PAIN HURT ME LIKE BEE STINGS  .. SO I CUT IT OFF  ... MY CONTRIBUTION IS BEING THE  PICTURE OF  AS BEST AS I CAN PROJECT CALM  AND STABILITY .. YET AT THE SAME TIME  NOT  BEING QUIET . AND EXPRESSING EMOTION  OR DISPLEASURE  AT THE NEGATIVE AMOTIONS COURSING  IN OUR FIRM .. I AM THE ENIGMA .. THEY DONT QUITE KNOW  HOW TO HANDLE ME ...

I don't no if you get some of these emails that either state a fact (which turn out to be fiction) and the other emails that show you pictures either depicting tragedies or the photo has been photo shopped.

Received one just after the Air France aircraft crashed into the sea, and basically showed people being sucked out of the aircraft.

They said in the email that someone on that flight had taken the photo's and that the camera had been destroyed but they had been able to retrieve the flash USB card in the wreckage.

It turns out the photo's were from a TV series called 'LOST' American of course, and these pic's were from the first series,
I know there have been a few more series and have seen the TV ads but have never watched it because its Sh**,

It did have me fooled for awhile.......................................................

First thing that caught me  with that pic of people being  sucked out of the  aircraft  was that it was  broad daylight and clear skies outside ..  the Air France flight hit bad stormy weather at night  was my recollection ..  next  was  a comment about the  collision .. what collision ??  I asked  in my mind ..  sent  reply  to  gullible sender telling him to filter his mail better ...  like the  dont  cook in micro  in plastic containers  that he sent me ..   yes there are certain plastics one cannot use .. but any approved product  generally made from PP is safe to use .. do not use  foamed polystyrene trays .. do not  cover with  cling film ... and yes on micro cooking ... generally it means lazy cooking .. yes thats bad for you ... better freshly prepared ..
