The Snoek Braai - and the one that got away....

As some of you might already know, I took a half day, went to the beach with Shadow, came home and lit the fire..... Being bored with braaimeat, I prepared a snoek, with Lemon and Dill..... made a nice side dish of Potato , Onion tomato and cheese smothered in Olive oil and  Pesto.... wrapped in foil.... i also made Braaibrood , toasted cheese, onion and tomato.... with a stukkie wors as a voor geregte....

oh.... and a few whiskies......
