Well we are back in November and right on cue, the wind is pumping people...... this is the month in Oranjemund when the wind blows everyday, this is the wind that causes many a newcomer to town to back up and leave.....

Nope, Not the warm East wind, but not the cold winter South Wind....Just the wind... sand everywhere type wind.... if you look to the south of town...you just see a wall of sand.....

I remember that. Just told my wife about this wind the other. Like needles and pins on your skin. As kids we would always go in shorts, t-shirt and barefoot.

Hi All,

Cape Town is just as windy as Oranjemund at present and has been blowing for the last 4 days at +/- 40 kmph tempreture 28 degrees.

One thing when the South Easter blows we know summer is here and the Cape Doctor is blowing all the smog out to sea.

They say that Cape Town is like a baby  boobs - If it is not wet ( ) it is windy ( swim).

If you live near the beach you have to take the wind.

Today Saturday the 1st of  December feels like a winters day in England, Wind howling, leaves blowing everywhere and not a spot of blue sky anywhere, Michele and I are off to the Gun Club at 15hoo for the SPar Staff xmas party.... a braai in this weather, go figure!

Hey that's cheating. I've seen that pic somewhere before. Stuttgart is usualy stuck in smog, so ice wouldn't have a chance... hahahihiha
