Tarducken

Sandy! your Tanducken are starting to become popular over here. I did hear a lady describing what they were and how to cook them, this was on the local ABC radio here but the way she described them they were huge and it took hours to cook and would feed the biblical 500. I have googled them and their history seams to date back to the 1700 they were called Yorkshire Christmas pie.

My family gets up here on the 27th!! so I am cooking the traditional way in the webber, first the pork then the turkey the ham and roast beef  last and this takes a few hours,.....................so maybe next year the tanducken will be on the menu. Our Xmas day meal was sea food and salad Morton Bay bugs Prawns 'etc' washed down with a crisp white wine   (well that's what I was told) so to you all Bon Appetit.

Oh well Nada, maybe you'll save me some from next years meal.  I hear SPAR will be open on Sunday, 10h00-13h00 and there will be fresh bread and plenty of cheese............

Well, you looked at me the same way my beloved pets do when they sense that I just might have a wee bite of something tasty for them!  I had to burst your bubble!!!  Maybe next year?
