Worst flood I ever experienced in Oranjemund was 1988.
The news got to us at boarding school that the town might wash away... yeah right, need a salami (Tsunami) for that to happen.
Haven't experienced a flood quite that rough since. Who knows, perhaps this is the one...
All things electrical contain smoke. Making it come out is easy; getting it back in? ... yeah right!!!

No matter how much damage floods do there is another side to the coin (not much fun to those caught up in them) the dams agriculture and are way of life benefit greatly.

Hi Julie
Please tell Paula to send me a PM. Haven't heard from her in a while.
Send regards to her and hope she is feeling better soon. 3d smiles(281)

Julie Vice (Willson)

Thanks guys, she's at the hospital as I post...poor medical staff. You know our Paula, once she's p...d off there's no holding her back, even I step aside. She told the Doc's secretary, "if you don't get this poo sorted, I'll come down there and throttle you"

@ Sheena, Noels on Facebook, drop him a line.
