WHAT HAPPENED AT THE OTMCO BOARD MEETING

I didn't read my email untill 12H00 and I read that you want to know what happened at OTMCo Board meeting.

OTMCo has been tasked to prepare the first task of the Oranjemund Town Council. OTMCo would be desolved after the proclamation of Oranjemund and there will be a transition period as well to hand over the town.

Namdeb will start selling 40 houses of 1st and 2nd Avenue during August/September 2010. Namdeb will announce the sale and the method thereof.

OTMCo is busy with the formulation of the charges of water, electricity, rates and taxes and land sales.
OTMCo shall sensetising and educating the community regarding the payment of minicipal services before proclamation of the town.

The Board has decided that the company granted the right to operate the Mine - Tours should start now otherwise other company will be tasked to do so.
