'n Voorspel tot Hentiesbaai se Visfees met sy groot hengelkompetisie was 'n kabeljou van 25 kg wat Henri Snyman van Swakopmund Donderdag by Myl 30 gevang het.

So 'n bielie het in g'n jare op die hengelkompetisie uitgekom nie, maar vir Henri was dit twee dae te vroeg. Hy het pelsers vir aas gebruik. Die kabeljou was net deel van 'n mooi vangs vir Henri en sy geselskap. Benewens die ou grote het hulle ook vyf kabeljoue van so 'n 3 kg, drie kolhaaie en drie babers gevang.

Hentiesbaai se Visfees het vandag begin met die groot hengelkompetisie wat môre plaasvind.
