   Well all fellow Oranjemunders. This will be my final update until next weekend. There here are only 29 spaces left. SO if you are still contemplating to attend this great Bash, I suggest you get your butts into gear and book now. Closing date 20/09/2010. I am amazed and thrilled to see there is people coming from afar as Oranjemund, Gauteng, Eastern Cape and Nothern Cape. I trust you will have a most joyeous get-together. Please travel safely.   

Next year I am arranging yet another one to give our Overseas Patron the opportunity to make arrangements well in advance to join us. Any suggestions on a suitable month/date?   

Please give me your feedback on the possibility of keeping this an annual event. I am sure Sam and Rene Seal will be delighted to host next year's bash at their Pub in Hermanus. What do you say guys?   

Well, I am looking forward to seeing all of you who have booked for next weekend. "Keep it Clean".

All is in place for this weekend's party. Will take plenty of photos and place them on Facebook and the Forum. Watch this spot. LOL


I am of course now sitting with a dilemma - my Husky is giving birth sometime in this week. I just hope it is not on the weekend. But I have a plan B in place - "Baby Sitter"  for just in case. So we are now on full alert.  Hubby will just have to up and leave if it is on Saturday evening. I cannot leave the guests hight and dry.   

Anyway, looking forward to this big bash.

Once you on the N7 from Cape Town side - Keep going until you reach the "Weigh Bridge"  - Exactly 1km from there is the turn-off. There is a brown Board showing Zonnekus / Morningstar.
Once on that road, follow the Zonnekus / Coco-Cola Boards.

Parking for campers will be either at your chalets or camp site. Parking for the rest of the patrons will be on the grounds. You will be directed where to park.

I think a big THANK YOU & CONGRATULATIONS must be sent to Ronelle for organising the Oranjemund Reunion 2010. 

It was a huge success where the food was good, the band even better but most of all, the meeting up again with fellow Oranjemunders was the best

Mike it was only my pleasure. Was great to see all the meeting and greetings between friends.

Well, what can I say, I am already planning next year's events and this time we will be taking Hermanus over, that is if I can get hold of Sam and Rene to discuss using their Pub as our venue. So watch this space. Overseas crowd, start saving - we would love to have you all here.

I wish to thank everyone who attended, especially everyone who came from afar. I was extremely amazed to see so many together. In the end we were 87 people. Well done guys. Hope you all had a blast.
