Um Mr Mayor, please make sure you don't put any diamonds in your chain of office, they may get stolen by thieves, after all the town is no longer the safe haven it used to be. Use the river boulders as decoration as it is indigenous to our area and as you are so weighed down by the politics of the town, you can't possibly be any more productive than you are now.

Mr. Mayor, please replace the broken manhole cover on 6th avenue, the one outside the nice ladies house who works for OTMCO, before a child breaks their leg in it.....

Mr.Mayor, Thank you for painting the Admin block, it sure does look swell.....Pity about the poor timepiece above the main door that seems to be lagging .....

However, can you spare a few licks of paint for the exterior of the childen's library?

 Morning Omund, would just like to add .  Howz about, Mr Mayor getting off his ass and closing the frikkin open and exposed drain whole at Samantha and Sharon and etc.s flat area in 13th Avenue.  Nearly frikkin landing up bicycle and all in that dang hole.  So howz about it please, Mr Mayor, or should I go directly to the King!? Kind Regards Courtenay @ 56-6th Avenue and by the blinkin way my roof could do with a clean, next to the totally blue one outback mine looks kinda grey, and I'm a BLUE BULL.  Seriously upsetting, or should I say depressing............

Yes I like the sound of that aswell Oranjecity, though dont think i would like everything painted orange...will have to come to some sort of compromise  on the colours.......
