Well I think this is quite unfair... When I downloaded it, the name of the song and band were shown at the bottom of the download, so I wont give answer here...

Ahhh Bertie! Thanks for alerting me to the fact that the ses royalty free files do contain the correct Commons Licence details. I will amend the file and because you have proved to be a sharp eyed alert and quick on the draw fella, you can get the karma points less the 133 points for the hints you supplied in your answer.

Now everybody can lay calim to the points! SHould have PMed me instead and you'd have got the full whack pluse 10 bonus karma points for lettng me know I need to delete some stuff off the originating file.
