Union Boycotts Namdeb Fun Day!

Hahahaha! Unbelievable this..... The mine has given all the employees the day off (and the school) in order to attend a fun day at the cricket field......

Friday arrives and the mine has a whole day planned, the cricket field is filling with folk..... yet , in one small corner of St.George's square, a small contingent of the union are once again demonstrating..... Yawn!


Wonder what for this time...... the contracting company B&E are taking more of the workload, as the union shot themselves in the foot , when they embarked on their previous strike it was noted that the scab contractors were way more productive than the union members..... with less earthmoving machines....

Anyhow....... let's see how this comedy show progresses...

Sources coming from the event are raving, reckon the union are a small minority..... making a bad name for themselves, the vast majority are raving....

Heard the union was split 3 ways.... some opted to go to work..... some boycotted it, and others joined the fun.
Think some joined in the fun to get a free beanie, cool-drinks and wors roll.
