The Hawkers and The Grapes!

Yes, I know I work at Spar, but honestly I do not mind the 4/5 bakkies parked at the circle hawking grapes and other fruit, it kind of adds atmosphere to the centre of town that would otherwise be quite clinical.... But where I do have a problem is how they dump all their empty cartons against the wall against Woolworths and nobody comes to collect/clean this up..... Perhaps because the hawkers don't pay for any "overheads" the cleaners do not feel they should remove the rubbish?

These boxes in the below snaps have been lying here for just shy of 2 months..... ain't that sweet.....

I thought ALL traders / businesses in Oranjemund had to have a trading certificate issued from the local Health Officer or has that position been done away with...............???????????

It also looks as if the powers to be go around with their eyes, ears and mouths closed.
