Lady...............Kenny Rogers..............then................... Lionel Richie

Lady, Im your knight in shining armor and I love you
You have made me what I am and I am yours
My love, theres so many ways I want to say I love you
Let me hold you in my arms forever more

You have gone and made me such a fool
Im so lost in your love
And oh, we belong together
Wont you believe in my song?

Lady, for so many years I thought Id never find you
You have come into my life and made me whole
Forever let me wake to see you each and every morning
Let me hear you whisper softly in my ear

In my eyes I see no one else but you
Theres no other love like our love
And yes, oh yes, Ill always want you near me
Ive waited for you for so long

Lady, your loves the only love I need
And beside me is where I want you to be
cause, my love, theres somethin I want you to know
Youre the love of my life, youre my lady!

Alfred id da man! Who da man? Alfred's da man!

Congratu;ations for the correct answer - Kenny Rogers singing 'Lady'

A karma has been added to your tally.

I'll post the new track a little later on after dinner.

Sorry for the spelling! I'm using a wireless keyboard that does not respond to fast typing .... Yeah well I must blame something other than my fingers....! ;0)

Who sings this song and what is the song's title?
ROBERT BRUCE

Diana Rudd (Boehme)

You're My World........Helen Reddy or Cilla Black or Glen Campbell  (They all sing it)

You're my world, you're every breath I take
You're my world, you're every move I make
Other eyes see the stars up in the sky
But for me they shine within your eyes

As the trees reach for the sun above
So my arms reach out to you for love
With your hand resting in mine
I feel a power so divine

You're my world, you are my night and day
You're my world, you're every prayer I pray
If our love ceases to be
That is the end of my world for me

Next Saturday 2:19pm at Frangipani you need to get up on a table and sing this song to me. Just for me! Sandy to provide the backing track and harmonies.

Congratulations Di, you are spot on. Cilla Black made this her big hit.

The karma point is yours.
ROBERT BRUCE

Diana Rudd (Boehme)

Seriously...you going to be there ??????     Will then chat to my driver Verona......Perhaps "The Barron" could join us as well.

Sorry - I did not mean to get you excited....!

Regret I will not be there but I can be via Skype. Anyone with Skype on a laptop can connect with me here for free via live video link. Even the smartpphone version will do. I do regular video calls into Houstom Texas and the cell-phone was used to show me around the new house.

Skype is a very effective way to communicate and stay in touch. Being overseas and so far away and 'isolated' waiting for news via the Union Castle mailship is now consigned to history.

Seriousy, Skyping is used at any moment during the day. Gossip no longer gets emailed or tweeted. Now it is repeated face to face on Skype. Much better to hear it that way.

So sorry Di. One day soon I will be there wih my son, you and Sandy and all the Cape Town based Oranjemunders. Heck we can then Skype in the McCreedy's and anyone else from OM who now lives in the diaspora. Tony Hockney can be there at Frangi pani too.

And this links in with a new project I am doing with my old domain iScatterlings.net which I am resurrecting. I heard some radio DJ in the USA announce iScatterlings as 'eyescatterlings! What a tosser!  They cannot even pronounce Carlos correctly.  Why does the O in USA have to be pronounced as "oh"?

Like in. "oh my gawsh that there is a reeeel fine plate of grits you got there..."?

Arses!

Hoorah! The 100th Midi Quiz track has arrived and is dedicated to Di and all the Oranjemund women who put up with incredible deprivations to raise us kids and provide such incredible support to their men through all that the harsh Namib and South West coast could chuck at them.

Rock on ladies!
